Have you ever felt an instant connection or “chemistry” with someone? It happens rarely, but if you’ve felt it you know the power of human pheromones.
Now there is some controversy surrounding pheromones and whether or not they actually work in humans. Since 1959 research has shown that pheromones are present in animals and control all aspects of social behavior. However, many scientists have doubted that humans have the same trait.
Recently, however, pheromones have been shown to work in a variety of situations and circumstances for humans as well. Both men and women produce these chemical “scents”, often in there sweat and they are picked up at a subconcious level.
One of the groundbreaking studies on pheromones was performed at the University of Kentucky. In it women were shown pictures of men some that had been sprayed with androsterone and some that hadn’t. The treated photos were rated as more attractive than the none treated ones, showing that pheromones do indeed have an influence on behavior and perception.
To get these subliminal scents to work for you, you need to know a few things.
One. Not all pheromones are created equal. There are many different pheromone manufacturers available to order pheromones from. Sadly, some unscrupulous manufacturers and dealers claim to have potent pheromone formulations when in reality they contain little to no pheromones. Since this is an entirely unregulated industry, please buy from a trusted source.
Two. Go light on the pheromones. Pheromones are powerful, but more is often not better or more effective. A general rule of thumb to start with is four light sprays of a cologne or perfume and just two drops of an oil to start. You can always increase if you need more.
Last, pheromones aren’t magic. Good pheromone products can do amazing things. They can increase your attractiveness, cause people to treat you with more respect, and increase trust and honesty. But they take some getting used to and for most people the effects are clear but subtle.
