Mending a Broken Heart

by Dian Sia

Its always a clich, the first time you are together, you think your world revolves around him. You are both sweet, no quarrels no wars, no people seems to exist when you are together. The romance and love in the air seems to be never ending. But it all turn upside down with just two words, break up.

Almost every person who has undergone a certain relationship went in this painful path, for different reasons. It is common, it is always painful. It is break up.

Break Up scenario will always leave a sting in the heart of persons involved. We can never deny that. After all, when you are in a relationship, the last thing that you can imagine is your boyfriend or your girlfriend will leave you.

However, we live in a changing world where in feelings fade and relationship gone sour. If that inevitable day will come, where in your partner wants to break up with you, how will you mend your broken heart?

Definitely, you will get hurt. You will feel this rip in your heart that all you want to do is cry. You will get affected that you dont want to eat, you dont want to go to work and so on.

But, hey you cannot go on like this, right? In one way or another, you have to live your life without this person in your side anymore.

Live your life in day to day basis. Do not be in a hurry to erase in one single night of crying the memories you shared or the memory of this person. Do not be too harsh to yourself.

Look on the better side, you are single now, nobody controls your life anymore. Go on a vacation. Look for fun and enjoinment. Be with your friends and people who loves you. Dont keep yourself away from others.

Dont waste your time staring at the wall of your room. Go out and have fun. Engage in sports. You will not only be strong physically but also you will interact with other people.

Learn more about yourself though this is one of the toughest times for you. Be rational and keep your wit while putting bit by bit the pieces of your heart.
